Absolutely not. Most of our wedding couples have zero dance experience. Our owner has spent 25+ years perfecting a method that works for everyone — especially people who think they cannot dance.
Do I have to commit to a package?
Never. Unlike most NYC dance studios that charge you for a full package upfront, we are completely pay-as-you-go. Come for one lesson or one hundred — it is entirely up to you. No contracts, no pressure.
How many lessons will I need?
It depends on your goals and how often you practice. Most couples can look great on the dance floor in as little as 6 lessons. The more lessons you do, the more polished and confident you will be — but even a few lessons make a huge difference.
How is Dance Reverie different from other studios?
Most studios lock you into a package and charge you whether you show up or not. We never do that. We also tailor every single lesson to your personal learning style — visual, verbal, or hands-on — so you progress faster than you would anywhere else.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 months before your wedding date. For peak season (May–October), earlier is better. That said, we do accommodate last-minute bookings when availability allows.
